Featured in The Age!

Last week the work I do with in teaching technology for seniors with the CAE got featured in The Age, a leading newspaper here in ol’ Melbourne town.

The interview itself was really enjoyable – Katie had an easy manner and we chatted easily about the different facets of work involved in the training and coaching that I do. It was pretty fun seeing my picture in both the print version and the online version of the newspaper, and even cuter having friends email me excitedly having spotted it!

The workshop I teach at the CAE is getting increasingly popular – we’ve had great numbers everytime we run it, and it’s running a few more times over the next few months! iPad for Seniors is the perfect course for the older person to learn to comprehensively use this stunning gadget.

iPad for Seniors @ CAE

Do you know anyone who owns an iPad, but is somewhat blurry on the specifics on how to use it? Know someone who could do with a guided workshop on the ins and outs of using the iPad, the Apple App store, and iTunes? Want to steer someone towards a workshop that will enhance their understanding of the functionalities of their cool new gadget?

I’m teaching iPad for Seniors, a great 3 hour workshop at the Centre for Adult Education(CAE), Melbourne, next Saturday. The course is already enrolled with sufficient numbers, but I’m always happy to assist more students! If you know anyone who could benefit from this course, do send them along!

This four (4) hour hands-on course will help you get up and running with your iPad.
